Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Indian Plumbing Association believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of registering for the event. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to further to respective authority and they have initiated the process.
  2. Indian Plumbing Association does not accept cancellation requests after the prescribed dates are over. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the required/relevant proof and supports for claiming the refund.
  3. Once customer registers himself for the event, cannot have approach for refund.
Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 72 hours money-back guarantee.
