Mr. Subhash Deshpande, Executive Director of M/s Deolalikar Consultants Pvt. Ltd., is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Plumbing Consultant and Practicing Project Consultant. He has handled projects on Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Suppression systems in Pune for Hospitals, Institutions, Hotels, IT Parks, Commercial and Residential buildings. He is also the proprietor of M/s Subhash Deshpande, Architects & Engineers. He is also associated with various bodies like Indian Institute of Plumbing (IIP), Builders' Association of India, The Institution of Engineers (India), Architects, Engineers, Surveyor's Association, Indian Concrete Institute and Pune Construction Engg. Research Foundation. He is Chairman of Pune Chapter of IPA. He is External Examiner at Pune University. He has provided plumbing, fire suppression and medical gases systems to major hospitals in Pune. To his credit are Mangeshkar Hospital, KEM Hospital, Sahyadri Hospital, Mohintara Hospital, Ruby Hall Clinic and Military Hospital at Khadki. He has been awarded First Prize in Ambience Awards 2002 by Indian Express Group and has also been conferred upon an award for Well Built Structure 2000-2001 by Builders' Association of India.
