Mr. Nitish Phansalkar, A graduate in Electrical Engineering started his career with Pune based company Kishor Pumps in the execution department. Later moved to factory where in under the guidance from Mr. N. N. Desai took the assignment of indigenization of Submersible sewage pumps in late eighties. In the early nineties moved to Middle East and worked with distributor of ABS sewage pumps. With experience in the Middle East was responsible to handle standard water pumps division for Ebara Japan. His working with Grundfos Middle East at Jeddah for more than 2 years was really turning point. He returned to India and started Indian operation for DP Pumps Holland. At present responsible for entire Indian subcontinent and have introduced other building service related products in DP.

Apart from the above he is chartered engineer and business management graduate.

After the successful launch of plumbing lab became the trustee of Indian Institute of Plumbing. He was selected by Pune chapter as the chapter nominee for NEC.
